| Pay rent on time. |
Provide you with tenancy agreement/Lease. |
| Clean the house. |
Provide you with receipts/ written record of your payment. |
| Put out rubbish. |
Make sure property is weather proof. |
| Try to avoid problems with neighbours. |
Keep drains, gutters and external pipes clear. |
| Keep noise at reasonable level. |
Make sure supplies are in good working order i.e. water, gas, electricity
etc. |
| Try to ensure that no illegal activities take place in your home. |
Carry out necessary repairs e.g. burst pipes/block toilets/damaged locks
etc Unless it is caused by misuse. |
| Ask permission for things not stated in the contract i.e. Keeping a pet.
