Help with Costs

Housing Benefit /Council Tax Benefit

  1. There are number of factors that need to be considered when you are looking at renting a private property. These include initial costs such as deposits, furniture and licences etc. There may be benefits which are available.
  2. Finding work/claiming benefit. For further information about availability of jobs and or claiming benefits.
  3. Social Fund/Crisis Loans: If you are unable to pay for basic living costs you may be eligible to make a claim to the JobCentre. For an application form call 0800 587 7456 or 0800 587 7457.
