Elderly/Amenity Medium Dependency

Amenity or Medium Dependency Housing is mainly for active older people or those who, as a result of a medical or physical disability, require an emergency call service. The type of housing is similar to sheltered housing but has a 24-hour emergency alarm call service rather than a warden.

Central Heating Programme (TD postcode area) - In 2004 (Jan to Nov) 257 applicants successfully met the qualifying criteria and had a central heating system installed.
